2.Hot melt glass

Hot melt glass is also called crystal cube glass. When the temperature of glass is above 750°C , it starts to soften and becomes to be of semi-liquid state.

However, on the condition of special smelter, the softened and semi-liquid state glass is fired through special mould with tracery and variety shapes, cast into different rough patterns, then forming after the fire goes out. The highest temperature of melter of hot melt glass is up to 1500°C at best. In addition, there is hot melt moiré fringe glass, which is integrated with many glasses after heating and melting, letting the glass form exquisite and embossment surface, seeming like liquid substance state.

Hot melt glass with strong sense of embossment and straightforward and magnificent, can reflect colors in sunlight and bump, having strong sense of cubic effect. It is usually used in LOGO, OFFICE partition wall, embossment, line stick, styling etc. It has many kinds of light colors and multicolor.

3.Laminated glass

Laminated glass is a kind of safety glass with perfect property. It is conglutinated firmly with two or more pieces of glass using transparent PVB film. It owns the characteristics of transparent (light transmittance 82%, 2+2mm thick glass), high mechanical strength, light-resistant, heat resistant, cold proof etc. Laminated glass can be divided into dry laminate and wet laminate according to different processing ways. The firmly combined glass with middle level, which makes it well anti-impact property and safe property when breaking. When the glass is broken, it can only form eradiation state. There are no glass fragments to hurt people.

Laminated glass refers to the laminated glass used for bonding glass EN film at the same time, together with the nature of certain materials, such as fiber, paper, silk, metal, plants, stones, and other decorative effects to the performance of the material. Forming more than two layers of laminated glass, characterized by realism, elegant, high permeability can be. It can be used for partition wall and wall decorations and so on.

Figured glass: adopting calendering to manufacture, dividing into single roller and two rollers. Configured glass is also called knurling glass, which is made by adopting calendering , passing through the roller with pattern, calendering kinds of patterns on one side or two side of glass before the glass start to harden. Single roller means that pouring the liquid of glass onto the calendering shaping table. The table can be cast iron or cast steel, surface or roller with patterns. In general, there are bump patterns on the surface of lower roll and polishing roll on the upper roll. Then it calendars into configured glass with single side pattern.

Because of the pattern is rough and bump, which makes sunlight diffuse and without perceptivity, low transmittance. The light transmittance is 60%-70%. The frontage is mill finish. The further process of configured glass: the light flower pattern can steel, hot bend and laminate.

Configured glass owns the characteristic of non-transparency on optics. It can combine freely with any other building materials. The space of marketing is sublimating and deducting. Configured glass can be used for doors and windows, screens, partition wall, ceiling, styling, furniture.

Tiffany western-style glass is traditional arts and crafts glass named of artist Tiffany from America. Glazing tempered glass is a kind of decorating glass. To coat a layer of colorful and eutexia colored glaze on the surface of ordinary float glass and polished glass, burned in the melting furnace heated to melting temperature glaze, through screen (or Roller) printing presses in a transparent (or non-ferrous metals) float glass surface, so that the drying enamel layer of glass firmly together. Enamelled glass can be divided into consolidated fire and steel according to heat treatment in different ways. Enamelled glass with high intensity, there is no dangerous when broken. It has good stability and good decorative on colored coating layer.

Glazing tempered glass owns well resistance to acid alkali, heat-reflexibility, non-transparent, fastness colors, gorgeous colors, beautiful patterns, high strength, well security, hot insulation, sound insulation, good chemical stability and decorative. Glazing tempered glass suitable for the construction of the wall between the window part, but also the external walls of buildings are decorated, but also for ceiling or windows.

Colored glaze: can be used cold and heat treatment of different production methods. 8.Composite technology

Composite Technology of glass is to use hot and cold treatment, cutting, grinding, drilling, carving, sticky, spray, and so on, totally different from the traditional way of technology to produce three-dimensional glass. It can be used for plastic carving, modeling, lamp posts, backgroud wall.
